Every chartered Cub Scout Pack in the San Diego - Imperial Council may enter two (2) registered Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, OR  Arrow of Light Cub Scout.  (Yes, your Charter must be current for the 2024 year to register a Cub Scout for this race.)

Only two Cub Scouts per pack may be entered.

There are no exceptions for larger units, ties, Pack errors or transferred winning cubs.

The Scouts are usually selected based on pack-level races that resulted in the fastest car and racer singled out of the field of all participants. Sometimes a runner-up is sent in the event the primary representatives cannot attend.

Each pack wishing to participate must submit the names of their winners using the online registration system for the Council. 

Please register as soon as possible after registration opens if you know the day of your pack's race - that way we can hold you a spot.  

If the Pack winner is not yet known, please complete this registration and then return to edit with racer's name when known.  Note that returning to edit the racer's name must be completed by Friday, March 29th, 2024 in order for the racer to receive a personalized certificate. INITIAL APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED AFTER FRIDAY, March 29th WILL BE MARKED LATE AND THOSE RACERS WILL RACE ONLY IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE.
